Cheap Accommodation Tallinn

Crazy idea what run through my mind...

I would like to introduce a new concept in Tallinn accommodation services.

The other day I was planning my vacation in summer, thinking of some traveling. I researched the hotels and hostels, to determine how much money i would be needing to supply my travel budge. I'm looking for some luxury in my accommodation and things what makes my stay extra special. The hotels where I usually stay, rank between 3 and 4 stars. YES, I KNOW, not much of a budget traveling but really I love cosy bed, yacuzy, walk-in showers, free WIFI etc.

Paying for breakfast what you don't eat... Why ?

But what I don't like is that I'm always missing the breakfast(What I'm actually paying for), most of the places they serve the breakfast at 7.00-10.00, this is a 100% bedtime for me when I'm traveling.

Changing towels and sheets everyday... Why ?

Also, the sheets and towels etc which they change everyday. I'm usually staying around 3 to 5 days and hygiene is very important for me, but SORRY GUYS, why would you pay extra to sleep under fresh sheets every night. At home I switch these.. like 3-7 days, depending on the night time activities etc :)

Room Cleaning.. Why ?

And don't tell me about the room cleaning, every usual person don't mess up the room that it would need cleaning. Another expense what I actually don't need.

Something what I like in Tallinn..

So I started to look at the hotel services what we're offering on ohTallinn.com and learned that we actually have a hotel where you don't have to pay for many things you don't actually want or just don't need. So if you're looking for your Cheap Tallinn Accommodation the you really should try the City Hotel by Unique Hotels.

They have a Standard Rooms basically like in 4* hotels but you don't need to pay for any service. Everything is self service which is great !

My Ideal solution..

Why not to make a hotel which can run pretty much on it's own, provide super cosy rooms with yacusy, wireless, comfy beds.. and try to keep the rates at hostel prices

So my question is - How many of you would like to pay for only the things that room provides ? And do you know about better concepts ?
